Ingredients (for 4 people)
8 thick slices of cooked ham, 4 slices of Tender Bra Perla cheese, 2 eggs, flour, bread crumbs, salt, abundant oil for frying.
Take 4 slices of ham and put a slice of cheese on each of them, then cover with the remaining ham. Squeeze the edges and flour. Dip the "cutlets" in the beaten egg mixture and bread them, then deep-fry them.
